When a covered item malfunctions, request service through your member account. Pay the stated trade service call fee, and we assign a contractor to diagnose the issue. If the repair is covered, you pay only applicable fees listed in your agreement. If replacement is required, we provide comparable equipment subject to coverage limits.
Maintenance neglect, code violations, cosmetic issues, and acts of nature are typically excluded. Your personalized plan document is the authoritative reference for your home.
